Who will clean my office?
Perfectly Clean will allocate either a single person or a couple to clean your commercial premises and it will always be the same person/people. We don't use sub contractors or employees, so only cleaners who own their own business will be attending to your premises. If anything was to change with your cleaner/s we would contact you in advance for your approval and to arrange a meeting with the new person/s.
How do I arrange for the cleaners to get access?
As the cleaners will be at your premises whilst you are out, they will require a way to get in, which usually means giving them a key.Keys are kept on a plain key ring with only a first name. Your ongoing security is very important to us so we will carefully follow instructions for locking up and securing your business. We are very flexible and do understand the concerns you may have regardilng securing your premises
Are all cleaners security screened?
Yes. All franchisees are required to provide a current police clearance to us on commencement of their business and provide an up to date copy each year.
Who inspects the cleaners work?
A manager from Perfectly Clean will inspect the cleaning at your premises at all scheduled times on your contract as well as any time requrested by you. We can inspect the work with you or a member of your staff and cover all areas of the cleaning.
