Once you’ve approved your cleaning plan, you’ll meet your dedicated client manager, who’ll manage your cleaners and provide ongoing support.
Step 5: Trial clean
Your client manager will take your cleaners through your custom cleaning plan during your trial clean. We’ll welcome your honest feedback after the trial.
Step 6: Regular cleaning
Your cleaners will follow your cleaning service plan to deliver a professional, high-quality clean at the agreed frequency. Your client manager will visit you regularly to make sure your cleaning continues to meet your needs.
