Step 2. Site visit

We’ll visit your home or workplace to see all your spaces and learn more about your needs. During the visit, we’ll also take you through our different cleaning products so you can decide which products are right for you.


Step 3: Tailored cleaning plan

We’ll create a customised cleaning service plan outlining your cleaning frequency, tasks and costs.

Step 4: Introductions


Once you’ve approved your cleaning plan, you’ll meet your dedicated client manager, who’ll manage your cleaners and provide ongoing support.

Step 5: Trial clean

Your client manager will take your cleaners through your custom cleaning plan during your trial clean. We’ll welcome your honest feedback after the trial.


Step 6: Regular cleaning

Your cleaners will follow your cleaning service plan to deliver a professional, high-quality clean at the agreed frequency. Your client manager will visit you regularly to make sure your clean continues to meet your needs.
